Dr. Akis Tsekouras

Dr. Akis Tsekouras is the Mastercard Advisors Cluster Lead for Greece, Cyprus and Malta. In his current role, Akis oversees a major advisory Hub in Athens, rapidly expanding and covering clients throughout EMEA. Akis holds a PhD in theoretical physics. He is a seasoned management consultant, with more than 15 years of experience in financial services advisory with Mastercard Advisors, Accenture and McKinsey & Company. He has worked with top-tier banks in more than 20 countries, helping them define their digital and product strategy, optimize their operating model and implement challenging IT programs.
